Gullys Gang/STH discount or cashback

Hi,

Was in club shop (Queens Rd) yesterday with my kids spending a fair amount on kit etc.. was then told at till that Gullys Gang members no longer have discount. Bit surprised as not heard about this? So, thought I would use season ticket smart card to get the 10% discount but was told that I couldn't use the card in store?
