They did it for the 1999 World Cup match at Hove, and those plans look rather sweet, will be good to have a new and improved County Ground.
What a day that was, South Africa v India, those India fans were off their trolley!

i said in another post, which you appear not to have read, about the number 7 (which i actually forgot about in my first post)

hove station is a matter of minutes away also...church road, with pretty much every bus under the sun is about 5 mins away

there really is no need to take the car

Was in a hurry grabbing 5 minutes to look at NSC during a break in work, so didn't read to the end of the thread. My old man and I tend to park in a side street up near the B and H High School and walk from there (won't say where or everyone will go there). Basically because it takes us 35 minutes from home maximum and costs just the petrol. Going by train means trying to find a parking space in HH (not always easy and we are not going to pay £5 to park at the station for a day in Hove). Sorry if it winds up the green lobby on here, but it's just more convenient, and the OM isn't that brilliant at walking distances, having a dodgy knee. We never park south of OSR. I nearly always go by train to Withdean these days, because of my desire to :drink: after the game.
