Relegated Grimsby have revealed they will have a new manager next season.
Nicky Law, who had been in charge since early March, is not to be given the job on a permanent basis.
"Nicky Law's contract expired on 10 May and he has been advised he will not be re-employed as manager," Town chairman Peter Furneaux told his club's website.
Former Bradford boss Law replaced Paul Groves at Blundell Park but could not prevent Grimsby being relegated for the second year running.
