Mr Chesh and GNLF, are you still going to be there next weekend, because I'm arriving back on New Years Day.

Oh shiiiiitttt! Break out the sake and the microphone.....:lolol:

Dolphin was that the Mac Shop in Ginza just up from the subway station? Just over a week ago we were down there when it got invaded by lots of drunk American Santa Clauses. Well funny.

'Fraid not - I've just arrived back to the relative peace and tranquility of Shizuoka village... It's a relief I can tell you; Tokyo takes it out of you! That's not to say I didn't have a great time. :) Working your way through a drinks menu depending on which Kana you can successfully translate may not be the most sensible way to plan a nights drinking, but it certainly keeps it interesting!

And then there was the capsule hotel. OK, so it cost next to nothing, had a free sauna, shower and jacuzi, but it will forever be remembered for the free pornography piped into each pod.

Marvelous.

Windy has stormy eyes etc

Cloudy, but luvverly sunsets. Cold at night, but snow on the local mountains at least.

By California standards, it's a very chilly Los Angeles this Christmas - and Brighton was fairly warm in early December too.

I'm over my cold anyway, just in time for New Years :)
