If Murder Inc. were to come in with an offer, if I was in his position I would ask Bloom if he was prepared to back a long-term challenge for top 7/top 8 and competing in Europe. Anything less that a resounding Yes backed up my big money and I would find it difficult to turn down the blood money.

Howe is just a “stop gap” for them, effectively their Mark Hughes. They’re long term plan is to develop in a similar way to Man City. did, steady the ship first.

Because established clubs already had PL squads, requiring less investment.
Looking at total cumulative squad cost over 10 years (or simply squad cost) and annual payroll costs, we're firmly in the low spenders.
