For that to happen, you would need an "end-point" to judge who is the winner. As time is infinite, you'd never know.
A bigger question is, if the universe is more prone to chaos - i.e. if you knock a cup off a table it will break, but if you knock a pile of pieces off a table it will never make a cup - how have the cosmic particles clumped together to form stars ? Who invented gravity, and if it had a slightly different value, would there be anything at all ?
