Good old Sussex by the sea

yes i live in sunny saltdean.

there is the 'nicer' side which moi and mr tipple live in which by my geographical reference is west saltdean. there are two nice parks (the oval is the best) AND A LIDO!. nice school which we both went to and lots of bus stops(if your interested) the beach is of course very close. about a 5 min walk from my house if that

there are no asylum seekers as they did not move into the hotel in the end.

great areas for dog walkers with the tye(big field) at the edge of east saltdean and the parks of course.

quite hilly area but i wouldn't live anywhere else. love the place

I moved to Brighton because the 'scene' is a lot more happening.

For young families, however, it is a very nice, clean seaside town.

Ive always found Saltdean a tad seedy due to some old pervert exposing themselves to my sister and I at the Lido when we were about 6 and 4 respectively.

However, I wouldnt let that put you off buying a house there.
