I see those sorts of posts from people who live a lot closer to the Amex than you. Bloke called Mile Oak who says he's not going to another mid week game for example because of the trains (I bet he is and it's just a passive / aggressive social media post that might somehow make Paul Barber wave a magic wand and make the trains 8 carriages). And seemingly 4000 others. Do they all live as far away as you?
Don't the club use those QR codes which change every few minutes... like most ticketing apps?

Mine on android phone has a barcode which it says changes 'often due to security'. I'd post a screenshot except I can't take take one 'due to security policy'

I have a season ticket with Seagull Travel - travelling from Shoreham. Our route usually takes 65 minutes on average - including 6 pickups - but took 90 minutes for the Forest game. They posted yesterday to say they are keeping pickup times the same. I get this because if they emailed everyone to say pickups were going to be 15 minutes (or whatever) earlier to allow for delays, loads of people wouldn't see the email and would turn up at their pickup point at the usual time.
So ... with the weather being sunny today - albeit with a 'fresh breeze' ... I think I'm going to walk from Shoreham. It's about 10 miles and should take me about 2 hours 45 minutes ish. I'll then just need to find where my ST bus is parked after the game - as I'm not mad enough to walk back home

Just allocate additional ST points for actual attendance at the ground.
Midweek games should ALWAYS be C category too. Perhaps even slightly cheaper, give casual fans an incentive to endure the travel shitshow during midweek.

My attitude is the same as GB‘s (and I live further away than you
).I don’t make all the home games because I am simply not well enough to make a 400 mile round trip on public transport each fortnight (today will be the second time in 5 days) - nor do my finances allow me to spend the £200 plus it costs me on travel and hotel (plus the often £50+ for a match ticket) but I don’t let anticipated delays on trains, road works, bad weather or who we are playing deter me from going which is the excuses I see from time to time from a few posters on this board. When they have a BN postcode and use these types of excuses, that‘s fair weather support imo.

It will be a ‘mare but just leave earlier to allow the extra time.
My wife does the journey from work and had about an extra 25-30 mins om her journey yesterday. That's normal rush hour without football traffic so give yourself plenty of extra time. I think a lot of people will look for alternative options so it may not be that bad.

I’d argue that a couple of clicks on the club website then forwarding an email to someone is about as easy as it’s going to get, and far easier than physically handing over a season ticket card (and having to retrieve it after).
That is a wild guess.
Not the Potter thing of course,, thats reasonable, but me owning £10...
