You're preaching to the choir. However the 'club' don't run like a club anymore, they are a corporation with strict policies that don't seem to be particularly flexible. Understandable to an extent but I do wonder if the people at the top and in middle management positions are all that in touch with the 'average' fan.Ultimately in years gone by, people would have landed it to a family member probably for free. Seems such a waste of empty seats, people can’t make every game, that’s natural, some people cannot make midweek game, also natural. There just isn’t the demand to re-list tickets for midweeks, unless it’s something like a European Game. Surely the amnesty on tickets like with the one free game, could be extended to midweek. The club ultimately lose money here, as probably 3,000+ seats will be empty, and not spending money on pie/pint/£16 terrace burger.
