We just successfully applied for a grant from the Football Foundation.

We are however a Youth Football Club, not a school.

There are loads of people on the net who will give you prices...

Work in a primary school and am currently applying for goalposts from the football foundation. Had to speak to local football development officer who filled in the form for me!All I had to do was to take photos of old damaged posts. Only prob is having to speak to loads of people who would rather be on the pitch than processing my form!

I believe the ones used by the away team are almost untouched and as good as new. The home team's are slightly more worn.

If you work in a school - dont you have to get the goalpoasts from a centralised company? I know when I was on a school committee in my old school - buying stuff as easy as bins had to be ordered from a dedicated school supplier.

You have to go through 1 of 5 suppliers who of course are more expensive than the suppliers we would usually use!But you do get about 50% off.
