There is no real reason to disbelieve that it is a fake account, but it has been confirmed by some Brighton players. Fake and quite frankly a ridiculous account. It is not even a parody of him, it is actually someone pretending to be him and tweeting people like Rio Ferdinand. A sad, sad Wanker pretending to be a third division striker or pretending to be anyone for that matter.
