I wonder if any of our fans saw ‘F*** Off Elgin’ graffiti?
never mind the graffiti, their newspapers make interesting reading

Except they don't play their European games there. They play at the Olympic Stadium (with a roof that's falling down )
I once saw Olympiakos v Ajax at the Olympic Stadium in front of 80,000. The doors got kicked in, thousands were stood in the aisles, it was complete chaos but a really exhilarating atmosphere. Then it dawned on me sat in the home end that I must look more Dutch than I do Greek, and there were not too many near me (ie none) who didn’t look Greek!

Part of a Brian Owen piece in the Argus:
'The OPAP Arena was an amazing experience.

“Well yes,” said my friendly newsagent in Monastiraki.

“It's a nice new stadium. But you should come to see my team, Panathinaikos.

"Our stadium is a true hell!”

Sounds tempting.'
