Brighton manager Mark McGhee:
"I am not going to dwell on the fact that we have players missing. We are excited about the young players we do have.
"If we come out of this season still in this division with the young players getting about 50 games each then we will do better next season.

"They put on a good show but we are not expecting too much this year, maybe not even next year.

"I am sure Steve will think they could play better than they did."

I know nobody in their right mind expects us to storm our way to the premiership this season, or even next season, or any time before we get Falmer, but should McGhee really be setting the bar this low this early???

no, we look to much much more potential this season than last time round in division one and thats without any loan signings
