Getting names printed in replica shirts

I'm taking my daughter to her first albion game against Coventry in a few weeks. I was going to buy her a shirt and get her name printed on the back. Does anyone know if you can just turn up at the club shop and get this done on the day or do you need to pre-order it.

You can get it on the day, but I wouldn't buy it on a matchday,I think it's £1 a letter and £2 a number

There's usually a queue on a matchday but have noticed the Queens Rd shop is now going to be open on Sundays for a while, 10-4.

Got 2 done a couple of games ago and i didn't have to wait long.

Got one done last weekend, and it only took a few minutes. Saying that, there was no queue so on matchday it could take a little longer.

Don't forget to charge up your smartcard to the value of the shirt/printing and use that to pay for it. That way you get your 10% back to enable her to have her first Amex pie.
