getting email from club

i never got the email from Paul Barber or the club i am a season ticket holder and see others havnt either.

also when on match day i get match day email but usally after te match

First I would recommend checking we have the correct email for you and that it isn't stuck in a spam filter. If this is correct, I would contact customer services with Fan Number and Email and we will look into it.
