For those that didn't know, JBL f***ed over playing for NSC Albion yesterday and broke his wrist (non-wanking wrist you'll be pleased to learn).

Spoke to him earlier and he's waiting to have an operation to put it right. Poor fucker's had nothing to eat all day.
