It amazes me that some of the selections put forward if Mark McGhee were to go. Everybody suggesting Phil Parkinson, Martin Allen etc should take a reality check. No manager in charge of a team on the up will come to us as we are going nowhere until Falmer. There is no guarantee that they would last that long anyway especially when you consider how fickle our fans seem to be. Face facts if we lose McGhee we will not replace him with a manager in a job as we have no money.

Others suggest Dean Wilkins, Bob Booker etc despite the disaster that our last two internal appointments have been. Remember Bob Booker had his chance before McGhee came and it did not go well. We definitely should not appoint anyone at the club already.

So that leaves out of work managers. John Gregory, Peter Reid and others are past it. We should not even consider them. As there are no better options we should stick with Mark McGhee even if we go down. It is sad to see the number of people jumping on the anti McGhee bandwagon.
