This is a dreadful new phrase, much loved by kids who want to sound authoritative. It appears to mean little more than "a good footballer".

I suppose it means one of the greatest talents of a generation.

I think it was used a bit on the Fati thread

But I guess is used much more questionably to describe some far more modest footballers.
