Not much outdoor time this week as I’m deep
In night shifts but here’s some snaps of my garden in-progress.
Veggie, salad, and herb pots with some wild flower pots and a very young balckberry bush all doing well.
Nets up as the squirrels get into my radishes.

Photos from my morning walk in Shoreham over the Toll Bridge to the country park behind the Albion training ground and back along the new path the other side of the A27.
There were five cygnets the last time I saw them following mum and dad up the river - could only see three today
EDIT: for @LamieRobertson ... Flo's very busy today with it being a Saturday and quite pleasant ... so no coffee and cake for me. And it was the chap serving ... coffee not as good as when Flo makes it (yes, I'm very fussy over how my coffee is made)

I just love the plum/purple colour ... as do honey bees.
My RHS trained neighbour grows random, that exact species, in her borders. Look amazing and wonderful for pollinators.

We’re lucky here to have the world’s expert on bumblebees at Sussex Uni, the amazing Prof Dave Goulson. I follow his advice on plants etc.
Walking the puppy along the Adur this morning just south of the old toll bridge and looked up at a group of gulls were making a racket above something moving just below the surface of the river when up pops a harbour seal made my day only had a phone took a photo but it’s awfully long way away so not posting it
