Unless your job consults of driving all day, ive done physically demanding work from 6 to 7 and being awake for a total 42 hours by the end of it...only times i nodded off were when i was sitting down

I had 3 hours of sleep one night and couple of weeks ago, Bluejuice. I felt horrid when I woke up. Truly horrid. Your body just won't function properly by about 3PM and you'll start to feel ill. I wouldn't advise it.
