I can never remember when contracts finish? End of June I suppose?

It always used to be that you could approach any player even if in contract between 1st and 15th June,. not sure if that is still so

Even the Caravan Club have got Schalke 04.

Yes we do. Now that we have reached the Premier League, it may mean that these friendlies against local non league opposition will have to be sacrificed, (unless the development squad want to play them maybe?).

Our players will need more of a workout l think.

Joking apart, I honestly think that we should be. Some will disagree but invaluable experience for our younger players, who get to play relatively few league games anyway.

There's a shape to this, weakest first, strongest last, in order. So an away European game against a team not as good as Atletico, not that many are stronger than AM!
