I must have missed something but wasn't he declared out for 6 weeks last Tuesday?!

Having watched Buckley suffer with hamstring problems I cannot believe Gayle can be anywhere fit enough or mentally ready to run flat out so soon after suffering a RECURRING hamstring injury after half a game. I hope he plays

I'd say he won't be playing for another couple of weeks - you're spot on...!

Here
If Gayle does, perchance, undergo a miraculous recovery and turn up in time for kick-off tomorrow evening it will be a recovery the like of which hasn't been seen since Jesus H Christ rose from the dead all those years ago. It will be, not to put too fine a point on it, a fuc king miracle and this will be the second coming. Hallelujah!!!

So without Gayle there'll be more chance of us seeing Daryl Bloody Murphy.

From the BBC Website (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39035302):

Magpies striker Daryl Murphy has scored in each of his last four Championship appearances against Brighton (four goals).

Murphy is the highest scoring Championship opposition player at the Amex (since 2011-12), netting four goals in five previous appearances.
