Gary Neville is a superb analyst of the modern game and a very astute signing by Sky - really enjoy listening to him when he talks

You have to give Neville his dues. I'm sure Hodgson appreciates having him on side. Just need the players now

Great how he pulled that all apart and showed what a mess they made of it

But did he pulled it all apart by himself ??
I thought they have a whole team of analysts working behind the scenes helping pull the games to bits ??
Must admit he does talk a lot of sense

Have to say usually when these "experts" are doing their analysis my interest lasts about 2 mins, Neville is a country mile ahead of other pundits.

Passionate wasn't he?? Even had my wife laughing but she did point out he seems to be colouring his hair.

If he is any good he should learn his trade at the bottom and work up, plenty of Fergies old boys talk a good game not many have really made it as a manager. And, very few spoken of in terms of the England job

He's a good pundit but it speaks volumes that it's taken 20 odd years for Sky (and British telly in general) to get an analyst who goes as in depth as him without ostracising it's audience.

Neville certainly knows his stuff. I imagine his fantasy league team is top of it's respective league.

Expect to see that tabloid whore Redknapp turning up at Loftus Road in the not too distant future.

Interesting isn't it? Plenty have had a go and look at them now: Robson - out of a job; Keane - out of a job; Strachan -out of a job; Ince - out of a job: Blanc - out of a job (to be fair, he resigned); Hughes - soon to be out of a job: Bruce - in a job but in the second tier. It's not a great record is it?

Don't forget Mark McGhee

I felt for years Andy Gray was winging it and wasn't putting in the hours to get under the skin of the game. Neville is proving to be something of an upgrade and not afraid to speak his mind.
