Gary Dicker

Dicker has his limitations and the squad has naturally evolved to the point where he probably has become one of the weaker players in the starting line up. That doesn't for one minute mean he isn't cut out for this division though. He's intelligent which is a massivly important attribute in the way we play and therefore he's a player Gus can trust. Someone like Abdul Razak would by eye catching but he'd range from a 9/10 performance to a 4/10 because his decision making would be wrong. Dicker's an important player, possibly a squad player in the future, but he certainly deserves our respect and good will in my opinion. I think it's sad that some people can't form a view without going to extremes and talking shite.

Good to see quite a few people are still big Gary Dicker fans!

With Crofts coming back it will only help to improve him and also playing Alongside Bridcutt.
