For those bothered I am informed that Nathan Elders eyesight is gradually returning and he describes it as 90% normal. just a bit blurred. He has 2 metal plates under his right eye orbit and apparently the docs are waiting for all the blood in his eye to absorb before assessing his fitness to play.

Obviously he wont feature again this season.

Glad to hear he is recovering - I always check out Brentford's results to see whether he has scored. In fact, he is the only ex-Brighton players that I do this for.
