Further Building in Falmer - an AOB?

It's nowhere near Falmer village. It's pretty much rigfht next to the Southern Water building.

... and it's the Brighton side of Southern Water - between Southern Water and Moulsecoomb.

This is an odd piece of land - it's owned by East Sussex County Council, but is well inside the boundaries of the city.

As a matter of interest, the 'small field' next to the stadium (I believe owned by The Chuch?) what, if anthing is happening there?

Is there any possibility of this ever coming into the Club's ownership? (Perhaps for additional parking for say 400 additional 1901 Club members?:fishing:)

Seriously, just WHAT can anyone (other than the Club) hope to use it for?

This land is owned by the Church of England and needs an act of parliament before they can sell it !!! We had enough trouble getting planning consent for the ground!

yes Wollards runs from where the falmer school road meets Lewes Road, alongside lewes Rd towards the junction with Coldean Lane

It used to be for play and had a football pitch but seems to have 'travellers' more often than not.

As for that 'church' bit , why not a picnic area?
