Just going to start on a Rocheforte 8 and then I have a couple of bottles of IKB from Stumpys brewery Isle of Wight.

Then if my missus allows its a couple of Hopheads down the local.

Cheers

Got to go home for tea after work, then round up the kids and drive down the 27 through the horrors of Worthing to God's own City. At around NINE I shall crack open a nice bottle of VINO, then perhaps later on, raid my Dad's stash of MALT whisky.

If you didn't have the kids, and the car, I would have suggested you stop at Worthing and join me for several beverages, but as you've been so rude about this fine hive of hoodies and single mums I wont.

I will be heading to a pub, less than 50 yards from where I am now, and drinking a selection of their finest lagers, possibly Senorita Beater, until my legs feel all wobbly. Then I'll go onto something stronger.

In fairness, that was badly worded. I really should have put;

'the horrors of the 27 through Worthing'

The HORRORS bit did refer to the traffic, rather than the fine town of Worthers and its DENIZENS.

Working from home today, so instead of the horrors of the Victoria line in the Friday afternoon rush hour, I shall be slurping my first pint in the Round Georges at about 1735
:thumbsup:

I`m off to the Offington roundabout to throw rotten fruit and veg at any car passing carrying Hampshire plates.

That's my local that is!

No I`m another weirdo Hans. Are you talking about Horace the monacled , spatted, plus four weirdo of the eighties.

The bloke with the motorbike or pushbike who used to direct the traffic?

Yes. That's just how I pictured you.

Horace would never have thrown rotten fruit and veg. I knew him quite well and he would only get into character when he put on his special attire. Strange fruit but a entertaining diversion when stuck in traffic at Offington or the Becket lights.

I dunno what I'll be drinking as of yet. I will be going to Quadrophenia night at the Komedia but probably wont be drinking much as I got my self totally wankered last night and only got 2 hours kip before I had to go to work :(
