Free website templates

Good morning all.

I am looking at redoing a website (Guildford Referees Society) and wanted to know what the best free website design/templates are best to use.

I built this site years ago and use Frontpage to edit it etc but have extremely limited skills in page creation etc hence the need to use templates. So if the Sages from NSC could steer me in the right direction so I can breath some life into the site it would be much appreciated.

I've used Free Website Templates in the past.

Probably best to install a content management system like Joomla or Wordpress and choose from one of the 1000's of free templates. You'll also be able to easily edit the content and allow anyone else you wish to edit too.
