I would say it’s a good idea to have sun cream on sale on the East stand concourse for example.

But why should sun cream be free?
What next, pubs that have beer gardens giving away for free?
Dispensers on countryside footpaths for hikers?
Yes? I don't get what's controversial about that? It's a matter of public health and in the long run would save the NHS money.

BHAFC is obviously a business, why should they pay for fans that can’t bring their own or put it on before leaving home on a sunny match day?
Absolutely fine if the NHS or government wants to provide free sun cream.

If they're going to get free sun-cream in the east, I will be demanding snuggly blankets in the west.
We already get them. Mum gets 4 in the winter months. I thought everyone in the West did.

I'd guess that for the amount of money it'd cost, if they prevented even a couple of supporters getting skin cancer then the club would make more money from those people spending money on tickets and in the shop and bars etc.

Obviously they'd never be actually able to prove that had happened, but we're not talking huge amounts of money here.

Incidentally, the company I work for stick bottles of suncream in the offices and on sites for people. I imagine somebody's cynical enough to have worked out it'd cost much more in sick leave if somebody goes down with skin cancer or something than it costs to pay for it.

If you're the sort of person you has a bag smaller than A4 it's fine but for normal people it's not much use.

It seems like a simple thing really but ok. I find it odder many people can't sort out thier own lunch before 2.30 on a Saturday
To get to a home game from Shoreham, I have to leave by midday to make sure I can get on a train as they are otherwise packed out after that time.*

West is BEST
In all seriousness, sun cream is vastly overpriced in the UK and simply not seen by most people as an essential.

It should be available free of charge at all major gathering and events, beaches, parks etc.

I bet it costs a pittance to produce.

To ensure adult season ticket holders don’t exceed their expected tenure in the family stand I wonder if club sponsored vasectomies will be on offer?

Might ask at the fans forum later

I agree. Also why can't people bring their own sugar or ketchup or brown sauce sachets. I reckon if you were stopped providing freeloaders with these we could finally afford the 20 goal a season striker we've waited for

No next we should have pubs that give away beer in their gardens for free, don’t think you are following.
