Well, the only consolation is that Aldershot are, after some considerable time, knocking on the Division Three door. However, I've got a lot of sympathy for some Wimbledon fans but having lived in that area a few years ago I know that they lost a lot of fans who didn't want to travel the 'huge' distance to SE25 when the left Plough Lane.

IMHO the FA should never have sanctioned the move in the first place.

Yeah, f*** Franchise FC.

Recently, I heard a Norwich fan saying how proud he was that his team took a travelling support of 5000 to MK. Proud of that?! Wanker. They should be boycotted by all football fans. In principle, I hate the idea of footbal clubs being put into liquidation, but Franchise FC are not a football team - they are a disgrace.

Hope they go bust so that sad, pony tailed freak who knows nothing about football (Winkelman) gets his comeuppance.

How the hell do they propose to fill a 30,000 seat stadium?

Their gates at MK are barely better than they were at Selhurst, even before the protests started, so what have they achieved? THe only reason their crowds even look respectable is because of the large away contingents they get from the likes of Watford, West Brom, West Ham, Norwich, Coventry, Forest etc.

They'll get bugger all when Wrexham and Chesterfield come to town next season, not to mention even fewer MK 'home' fans. I'd laugh if they went straight through the 2nd Division too, and found themselves at the arse end of the league with 30,000 seats to fill.
