If he becomes a manager, it'll be interesting to see how he handles, for example, an ageing pro that might try to stab him in the back to weazle an extra year on his contract, when really he's probably not worth it.

I think you shoudl change that to "We WERE....." can't see anyway it will happen now.

I think maybe he`ll give the ageing pro the nod as to whether his contract will be renewed in the coming summer so as to allow him time to get another club if that was the case.
