How do you imagine all of the many men, who manage professional womens teams cope?
Everyone knows that team tactics and bollockings are delivered in a big communal bath. Have you never seen film of Jack Charlton's post match debriefs?

I've worked for some brilliant female managers over the years (an poor ones) who could stand toe to toe with any man in a professional environment. Hannah will, like any footy manager, have to win the faith and respect of the boys in the dressing room. Beyond any thoughts of fairness and equality if she can get them playing and bring the results in she will succeed. This is pioneering stuff which I'm watching with interest and I wish her well.

Shrewd move with the insertion of the word caretaker, if she has a Steve Claridge like pre season, then they make a permanent, almost certainly male appointment, in time for the big kick off, but if she hits the ground running then they are trailblazers.

There was allegedly a school of thought within the Albion when Potter exited that Hope Powell, the then Ladies Manager, should have assisted Andrew Crofts at Bournemouth, then sadly the Queen died and everything changed.

GBNews viewers and Lee Anderson fans will collectively be claiming that this is "Another example of Woke nonsense. The world's gone mad."
Couldn't care less what GBNews viewers and Lee Anderson (who?) fans think or say, the more possibly controversial story here is why was Big Dunc sacked? He didn't keep them up, to be true, but to be fair his chance of doing that was scarcely any better than Big Sam's at Leeds; their chances of League 1 survival were pretty much dead and buried when he arrived.
As for Hannah Dingley, if she does half as well as Cherie Lunghi she'll be fine!

Be interesting to see how it works, can see Vince pulling the trigger if it's a bad pre-season or the players don't take to her.

Training/match day set up should be the same in Male and Female game.

Pressure on her will be massive.

Didn't get the job full time, they've just named Southampton B coach Dave Horseman in the role. Smells like another Dale Vince publicity stunt.
So they have handed over the reins to Horseman.
