If I was going? And I'm not due to working argh!!! I would go to the Riverside bar opposite the city ground on Trent bridge ( nice food and beer!!) or I would go to the TBI on Trent bridge. Have a great day people :)

Answering my own question - but in case you want to know, got this on the nffc blog:

Our neighbours Notts County will provide you with refreshments at ‘The Meadow Club’ which is part of their Meadow Lane ground, which is funnily enough located on Meadow Lane! Look out for the floodlights and the lego/mecchano-like structure and you’ll find it. Just off London Road. This is generally the only pub in the immediate vicinity of the ground that allows away fans in now.

I read somewhere (might have been here) that Notts County open their ground for pre match beers.

Is this utter bull/dreamt up?
