Not sure but the apple & bat bit might have been on a spoof sketch ( maybe the young ones ) and not the actual information film my mind is getting vague at times

Does anyone remember the kids show set in Victorian England, the kids working in a factory and the evil owner crippled in a wheelchair? I loved it but can't remember anything much about it...
