Make sure you have 1 yellow pages book between 2, tear the monster up and keep hold of it for the game. I want to see so much yellow paper that the ref has to reintroduce a white match ball!

And then pray it rains after the game, so West London is covered by billions of pieces of soggy yellow paper.

:lolol:

It could be amusing to see lots of people carrying Yellow Pages under their arms, I must say.

I will take out sections in mine such as:

Animal Welfare (dont have a pet)
Credit and Finance Co (all dodgy and there's enough of them on the net)
Moible Discos (need I say more)
Driving schools (I passed in 96)
Fencing Services (I live on the top floor)
Garden Services )See above)
Hairdessers (According to DTG I am one so no need to look for them)
Motocycle Centres (Im no hells angle)
Nurses and Agencies (My spare room is rented by a nurse)
Universties (Scum)
Wedding Services (If needed, Im sure they will deliver my new copy next year)

That should leave me with a slimline edition

Apparently the following was sent around Brighton University yesterday...

"If anyone has any old yellow pages they no longer require could you send them to me please. One of our students is using them for her final year project and she needs as many as possible.

Please forward them to:-
Sarah XXXX
Room XXX, Grand Parade

Thanks

XXXX"

Due to the introduction of mobile phones I have only been in a phone box once in about 3 years, and i was hammered.

I went into a phone box because I wanted a directory inquiries number and the only one I could remember,118118 didn't work on my mobile.

I rang the operator about 9 times and the only directory enquiries number they would give me was the BT one which costs 20p. I explained over and over again that I didn't have any money and simply wanted a directory enquiries number that I could use from my mobile. The muppets were so useless I was tempted to dial 999 and ask them.

I'm so glad I've shared that with you.

Here and There
Talking about Yellow Pages has reminded me of a very funny story..

My mate was round my flat and he needed to take a dump but I'd ran out of bog paper. So he took my old Yellow Pages in with him, 5 mins later he'd finished and when I flicked through to see which page he used i found that the whole 'Quantity Surveyors' section was missing
