Les Allen played for Chelsea, Spurs and QPR, while brother Dennis turned out for Charlton, Reading and Bournemouth.
Les' sons Clive (QPR, Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Spurs, Chelsea and Millwall) and Bradley (QPR and Charlton) both played professionally, while Dennis' son Martin starred for West Ham and QPR (and went on to manage Brentford).
Les and Dennis' nephew Paul (son of their brother Ron) won the FA Cup with West Ham and Spurs, while Clive's son Oliver ended up playing for Barnet.

I have a feeling Martin Allen's son also plays for him at Gillingham.

This one should be familiar to you all:- Cloughy.jpg

On a sad note, Brian's wife and mum of Nigel, Simon and Libby died at the weekend. Hope her and Brian are happy back together. RIP

I seem to remember there were a pair of footballing identical twins (possibly german) and they got into trouble because one stood in for the other when he was banned. Or did I dream it ?

I seem to remember that, when he was Villa manager, Ron Atkinson made a joke in an interview about his (black) centre forward Dalian being his son. Good job he learned his lesson and studiously avoided getting into any dodgy territory on race issues after that.

There were at least 11 from this family and one of the uncles played in a bowler hat.
