Could you kindly take 5 minutes to fill out the survey from the link below, the FSF are a national organisation which provides fantastic support to football fans in the UK.

Also, knowing the 1901 Albion fan that was banned at the Crystal Palace match well and knowing what good assistance he received from the FSF to overturn the wrongful accusations made to him by stewards and the club i ask you to provide answers to your experiences at football grounds in the Championship last season.

Did the 1901 fan ever get that apology or do we need to bounce the thread?

Apparently the only sign of remorse was an apology that was behind closed doors, no public or written one would be issued. The rest is a cauldron of being ignored, changing of the facts, and being lied too. A lot of which was left out of the IFO report.
