They have regular testing

That's the irony - they don't as especially in leagues 1 and 2 many clubs can't afford it and just do it on the odd occasion a player feels unwell as in recent cases involving Grimsby and Orient. This is why the bottom 2 leagues didn't finish last season (other than play off games).

I want all football to continue but why should clubs at this lower level who are not regularly testing their players be allowed to continue when say a small business has to close as being classed as 'non essential'? Technically speaking at that level where there isn't regular testing why are they considered 'essential businesses'?

I can understand the Prem continuing as we know they pay to test their players and stafff twice a week, but it seems there appears to be one rule for a football business and one for the rest of us mere mortals.
