Has a Toshiba laptop and when loading the game we get the following

A serious error was encountered and the application will close. An error has been generated in:

ALEX-PC/C:/Users/Alex/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2011/Crash Dumps

Also say Football Manager 2011:fm.exe - corrupt file. The file or directory C: is corrupt and unreadable. Please run Chkdsk utility.

Well he bought the game yesterday and it works on Minis laptop which is the same but not his.....

completely uninstall and reinstall

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

type "chkdsk c:" in the black box, enter
