What tactic you playing spoon, i'm trying the standard 4-4-2, finding it really tough. Defence is leaking left right and centre (a bit like real life)

sometimes the 4-5-1 formations with DM and AML+AMR

4-4-3

depends on who your facing really...look at the advice they give you
