I am in need of a new pair, and am asking the opinion of the sages of NSC which boots would you recommend? ( Before i get the smart alec response i know where to buy them, i know how to buy them, i know i could read online reviews/ask the urchin in Sport and Soccer but this way fills the afternoon better) So any one got any ideas? on a budget of about 90 quid.

Thanks in advance

Puma Kings £79.99

Can't go wrong with these. Tough as old boots (no pun intended) and still soft enough to be comfortable.

Whatever you do stay away from brightly coloured Adidas shit.

Personally I really like the white nike ones with a blue tick down the side. Andrea Pirlo wore them at the world cup.

I like them to, the problem is at the level I will be playing (A Shit one) you have to be good to wear white boots, and I'm not really.

I probably play at the same level and am equally shit I would think and I get away with white boots.

I will only wear Puma Kings. Lovely soft leather and they will protect your feet. As an alternative Addidas Copa Mundial (or world cup if you want moulded) are also good boots, although I find they dip too far below the ankle for me.
Everything else on the market these days is pretty crap, even the new umbro boots are not a touch on the old specialis

You need a nice pair of Mouldy Boots!

:p

I always prefered the Umbros personally.

Don't get white boots as you will be a target for a good kicking, that has always been the form of lower league footie as long as i can remember!!
