On-loan NORWICH striker Darren Huckerby admits he was left "upset" by comments from his agent regarding his future.
Phil Smith, of London-based sports management company First Artist Corporation, insisted Norwich "won't be able to afford" Huckerby, who is enjoying a successful three-month spell on loan from Manchester City.
Smith added: "His loan finishes in December, it ends there. Three months and that's it, any longer was never really an issue."
But Huckerby has told the club's official website, www.canaries.co.uk: "I will decide where I want to go, not my agent.
"It is an insult to say Norwich are not a big enough club to sign me. I would be happy to sign for Norwich - why wouldn't I consider signing for a team that is two points off the top of the table?"

I'll never forgive Zamora's agent getting Bobby to talk to the press just before the last couple of games of last season saying we'd priced him out of a move and slagging the club off. Absolute tosser.

Where were the agents back when there was no money? Nowhere to be seen. That's the difference between football people and the money men. We were here long before the money came into the game and we'll be here long after most agents have f**ked off.

Darren Huckerby -- do yourself a favour and sack your agent.

Greedy agents, greedy players and fans who don't live in the real world are the reason clubs like Notts County are up the creek.
