The remake of The Italian Job. The confusion lying with why is Ed Norton in it when he clearly can't act.

Actually, ditto for that bint dented chin in The Net. What was her name? Oh, yeah, Sandra Bollocks. I've seen trees with better motivation for their acting roles.

Cant remember exactly but wasn't he one of the badies who had had his memory erased and given a new identity to infiltrate the rebels?

Dark City. My god. I've got no idea what was supposed to be going on there.

Worthing
I've always got confused with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Which bits exactly are the story Caracticus is telling in the car on the beach, as I'm sure it includes the bit where Truly :p sings about her love for him (what a lovely, lonely man)?

Surely he wouldn't be that egotistical?

Mulholland drive. A shit, complicated, undecipherable film that only deserves being watched for the 'lady love' scene.

Spot on! The only DVD i've taken back to the shop and asked for my money back. When asked what was the matter with it i asked the fella if he'd ever watched it and he said no. Told him to watch it and then you wouldn't bother asking such a question. Got my money back aswell :D

Well it is, up until the ending - Is Teddy telling the truth, if so, how much? I've forgotten so much already, but it seemed that bloke with the amnesia he kept talking about may not have had a wife at all - was that meant to be his wife?

MY HEAD!!!

I don't think anything Teddy says is the truth. But then that was just my impression.

If you read film messageboards, there are as many theories going around about the film as there are people that have watched it: the guy with the wife is Lenny - it was him that killed her and there never were any intruders; Teddy is taking advantage of Lenny's disability to wipe drug dealers off the street; Teddy is using Lenny to kill the dealers so he can steal their money; etc etc etc...

I think the film makers left it deliberately ambiguous to get people talking and thinking. Stimulating discussion is the mark of a successful piece of art.
