Around 20 years ago I commuted for 18 months from Erdington (Birmingham) to Kings Cross that was some commute to say the least.

You work in Domino's? That was just a guess, a reference to the fact Sandwhich Masters is near there! Must be a fast food worker vibe, like when you start working at a fast food plac,e you get sences that tell you who does and doesn't also work at a place like that
