I always start as Brighton, get bored cos I keep losing (im not very good) then start a new game as Newcastle or a Conference team

I'm going to wait for the game to be released, and IF the consensus is they have fixed all the horrible bugs in the demo, I'll get it. And IF I get it, I'll start unemployed with England, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Holland, Germany, France, Norway, Sweden and Denmark selected
In the demo I managed to have fourteen first team players out injured. I lost 6-0 after having to play Murray in goal, when both my 'greyed out' keepers got injured..

And as for the people slagging off starting unemployed, there is ALWAYS a conference north/south team available, and a Conference National team available - in every version with this feature to date. If you want a big job, you need to set your experience to "International Footballer" and you'll get any job you apply for (though that does defeat the point somewhat).
