FM08 or CM08?

Right, it's been years since I played Champ Manager and so I'm looking at you people for help here. Which one is best? If it makes any difference then I'll be running it on a Vista machine.

If you could tell me why you think whichever one is best that would also be nice.

I would think that FM is the best, as it's basically just the old CM's

But you could probably get CM cheaper in the shops as it doesn't sell aswell which suggests it's not as good.

Price isn't a concern to be honest. They're pretty much the same cost anyway.

I know some people do have strong views on which is best so I thought I'd ask here.

FM, no doubt about it.

FM is what you'd know as Champ Manager, just under a new name.

What's called Champ Manager now isn't in the same league IMO.

Tried both.

Tried Champ Man for about half 'n' hour and was shocked at how unbelievably bad it was.

FM is frustrating at times, realism is only present on 'Text only' or when you watch full match highlights, but still by far better than Champ Man.

You could always try FIFA Manager which, IMO, has always been quite fun, despite being unrealistic at times. The graphic side of it, in the graphs and layout stuff, is superb, plus you can watch a full match in decentish graphics depending on your GFX card. Not quite as much detail as FM, but still better than CM.
