Anyone else addicted to the old old serial show in black and white.

I cannot believe how much I enjoy them from the comedy aspect.

Brilliant stuff, marvellous scenes.

Aside from Flash my favourite character was Prince Barin. His outfit was a cross between batman's and a roman soldier. A rather portly fellow but useful in a fistfight I can tell you!

Then there was the villianous Ming (Emporer of Mongo no less) who would stop at nothing to dominate the world nay the universe.
What about the brains of Dr Zarkov. He could invent magic rays and explosives out of rocks and sand.

Am I sad or are there others out there like me?

I gave my dad a DVD of the first series for Christmas last year. He was always on about watching it at the cinema but could barely watch the DVD as he thought it was so bad.

I remember watching it during school holidays in the 70s, normally before an Elvis movie
