it'll be a simple program where they enter in a date that teams cannot play at home, the program takes this into account and throws up the fixtures accordingly. Same as entering neighbouring teams for Boxing Day & nextdoor neighbour teams not playing at home the same day, just a simple program really.

Exactly! So we definitely can't be playing Leeds on the weekend of the festival, because both teams would have to be away! :D

Maybe you could play the them twice over the weekend. Home on the Saturday and Away on the Sunday.
That way, your fans can catch a lift up there on various tour buses!
