what does this even mean

It means that when you are producing this pie in the factory , the stench of the fish and other raw ingredients will make you want to puke. As the conveyor belt is moving rather fast you also end up with crud all over your protective clothing , gloves and boots as you try to keep up.

I actually made my own one tonight, filled with mussels, prawns, cod and salmon. nice creamy sauce with parsley and chives, then a nice mash covered in parmesan, all served up with a nice rocket salad
