Clearly not the guy you are related to as you say he is now in his 50's, but the best player I ever saw that didn't (sadly) achieve his great potential was the welsh lad who was killed in a car crash - whose name, I am deeply ashamed to say, I can't remember. Was it Barry Reese?

Almost...it was Barry Rees who we got from Everton for £8,000...real class player and was likened to Duncan Edwards...Barry was travelling to Wales in his Mini and collided with a lorry...he was engaged to a Brighton girl. Would have loved to have seen him more times than the 12 odd games he played for us...
